The Pacific Northwest 4 Wheel Drive Association (PNW4WDA) is again offering a chance to win a new 2003 Jeep Wrangler TJ outfitted with many upgrades from across the United States. Many vendors participated this year, and Central 4WD in Everett, WA donated the labor.

The 2003 Jeep includes the following upgrades:
