Need Help

Hi, I recently moved out of Texas all the way to Spain and brought my 03 wrangler with me. I need to know where to find the VIN number carved on my jeep so they can match it to the one in the title and legalize the car. They told me it should be somewhere under the jeep, carved on the frame but I canīt find it. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks a lot!
