Hey all,
Another real quick question.. I did my head, and timing chain. When i took off the head, the timing chain guides, (I think they're the plastic things sticking up), were broken. My partner, who I thought knew what he was doing, said to "let it ride". Anyways, is it terrible I put it back together with these broken, or will everything be okay?

Replace the timing kit now. It will just be more work later. If the chain breaks, it can bend valves. The chain will eat the timing cover and let water into the engine. Change it now!
Get the engnbldr.com timing kit with the steel drivers side rail.
