solid axle swap

I am looking at doing a solid axle swap on my 2001 tacoma, i started to look into it and i noticed that the diff. is on the opposite side from the older toyota's. Im not sure what I should use for an axle. Any advice would help, thanks a bunch

01 Tacoma 3 inch suspension, 3 inch body 35's
94 wrangler 5.5 inch springs, 4 inch body 37's
