I bought my 82 pickup about a month ago for $900, no rust but a little beat up, and wouldn't idle, but ran and didn't smoke... PERFECT lol... What was left of the brake pad FUSED to the rotor on the way home and had to be towed the rest of the way. I tuned it up, changed the oil, replaced the bearings, rotors, calipers and pads and have been driving it daily ever since. I am in dire need of a drag link and knuckle rebuild but it's been very dependable and a heck of alot of fun! Worth every penny I will ever put into it.
