I love my truck

I have a 1989 Dodge D-50 with a 2.6L auto transmission that is gutless. I don't want to give her up. I was wondering if anyone knows if a 3.0L from a Dodge Raider will fit directly to the transmission and engine mounts or is there any custom work that needs to be done? Secondly dose any one know if there is a converson kit out there to do a engine swap with me gutless 2.6L, any thing with more power
