when doing the wholes in the frame for the SAS for the shackle tubes, what is the best way. I would love to be able to afford a Plasma cutter (fast, easy, and simple) but hey wish in one hand and sh*t in the other and see which fills up faster. so this is what I can afford. use a oxy-acetyline torch and make a nasty mess, Or I can use a whole saw and break the H*LL out of the pilot bits...is there not a better way? what did you guys do? whay do you suggest?
onother approach would be to drill a 1/2" whole and use a jig saw. how thick is the frame walls? any suggestions and advice is appreciated
