weber jets and tuning help please

so first off its a fresh rebuild turbo block with 40 over dished pistions. and header. my main jet is 160 witch at 12% btdc my air mix is 4 full turns out and my speed screw is 2 for 800 rpm. if i drop my timing down to say 8 the speed and air screws have to be turned out even more. i have no dieseling. iam running the stock fuel pump with a holly low pressure reg. set at 2.7
