Proper tools for clutch and rear main seal replacement?

So its time to put a clutch in my Raider. I've done it before, with much swearing and bleeding, on other trucks. I want to do it the easy way this time. I want to know which tools I should purchase. I'm starting pretty much from scratch. I already am going to be buying a socket set and standard end wrenches. What else should I get? There's stubby end wrenches, the curved ones for getting around things, there's wobble socket adapters, so many other things than the "standard" sockets and wrenches. What will make this job easier?
I plan on renting a transmission jack to do it. My biggest concern is the bell housing bolts, those are always a pain. I'll take any advantage I can get.
I have a torque wrench, but its not a clicking one its the kind you have to read the dial. Will that be sufficient?
Also, I need to do the rear main seal while I'm in there. Any special tools needed for that?
Thanks for suggestions. I want this job to go smoothly! :-)
