Yup, the tan one. ISC was completely dead. Put a new ISC in and presto cablamo, works like a champ and idles normally now (high until warmed up) when cold.

Sorry to hear about the continued issues with the rough idle. I'm sure some of the guru's on here will be able to help you diagnose it.

BTW, I'd be willing to bet you'll want to re-pull the plugs and post up pictures. It's possible one of them is covered in oil like before which means there's something wrong in that cylinder... but what do I know... I haven't slept in a Holiday Inn Express in years.
