Anyone done valve cover gaskets or Valve stem seals on a 95 3.0/24v?

I'm using a quart of oil every 200 miles on my 95 LS 3.0. It's time to do my valve cover gaskets (at least) and maybe,...if I work up the courage...........the valve stem seals. I've looked at Monty McV's online manual and all I could find was something like 1) remove the intake manifold, 2) remove the valve covers.

Can anyone tell me where I can find a step by step with pics so I have some sense of what to do first, second, third etc??

Also,....can anyone tell me how much MORE work is involved (and if there is a good tutorial anywhere) and what is involved in replacing the valve stem seals?? Seems like a shame to NOT do the valve stem seals if I already have the intake and valve covers off
