Gen 1 with rear disk brakes" Help"

My 89 Gen1 Pajero is in need of rear disk brake pads. Does anyone have the Gen 1 factory disk set up on there rig and a North American parts supplier for these. Phil looked in his caps and came up with MB389570 as the part number. But I cant seem to find a cross referance for them anywhere.
