302 Code appears to be running rich
      03/07/10 05:12 PM

Driving up to 4Wheel Truck Fest and engine starts missing and loosing power. Happen to have my code reader in the passenger seat. Plug it in and it reads a PD302. Misfire in cyl 1-4. When I slow down, I can smell rich fuel mixture and seems to be running rich because exhaust temp is running 150C less. I use a 1/2 tank of gas to go less than 70 miles. Checked the plug and 1,3,& 5
looked normal. #2 was sooty black.
Thought it was a fuel injector that was stuck open. Swapped out # 2 injector. Started up and was all good.
Idled about 2 minutes and started missing. CEL starts flashing and put code reader on, 302 again. Coils are relatively new.
Smells of very rich again.
Will start tomorrow and see if it is ok cold.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
