95 SR Lower Control Arm Bushings Replacement

I have the bushings, thanks to Toasty. Any replacement tips?
Yes, I searched.
I hope the part I read about having to cut them lengthwise through the middle and collapsing them was just for Gen 1's, but I'm probably delusional.
The truck has over 170,000 miles, and it is time to get it done. I have new upper control arms, complete with new ball joints and bushings, as well as a set of four new tie rods on the way. The idler arm and Pitman arm are lifetime warranty pieces from Auto Zone, so I'll trade those in at the same time and get an alignment when I'm done.
Yes, I know to keep the shims on the upper arms in order for reassembly.
