Cold Climate Power Steering fluid

This is of interest to those who live where it gets colder than -10F ambient.

The Runner blew a PS hose en route home the other night, but it was only -12F. Turns out the clamp held, but it split the hose.

She now sports a cold weather hose (local fab), and this is what the Toyota specialist uses:
