Grinding starter

I have been dealing with this problem for a while now. I have had a very loud grinding metal thrashing noise when I start my Raider. I have replaced the starter an unknown amount of times by now. I have chewed through 1 flywheel through the past few years of use. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and know what might cause it?

I checked my starter bolts and they are all tightened properly.

If I can figure out how to upload voice memos from the iPhone I will upload it.
