Window electrical - D/S window not going up

As stated. Anyone know which contacts to short on the switch module to get the window to go UP? All other windows go up and down (not fuse).
On our switch module there is a rear lockout switch up top (2 wires and copper buss down center of module) and then 4 up/down switches (3 wires to front doors, and two wires + copper bar to rear).
Front window switches have one wire then a plastic "isolation" lump, then two wires. Would anyone know which of the three wires needs to be shorted to get my window up?
Need car for work tomorrow afternoon, and don't have a multimeter to work out what is what on the switch.
I have not discounted the possibility that it could be the motor, but there has been no other issues (slowness, noisy, etc) to indicate the motor. and it worked fin less than 10 mins earlier.
Have tried KiaTecInfo, but cannot get on to any of the sections (but can log on....).
