Reloading .45LC What powder should I use?

Hey, I went to my local gun shop. I picked up a 3 piece RCBS 3 die carbine reload set for my .45LC. I also picked up 2 boxes of Hornady 300Grain HP XTP bullets and 100 primers. I have some empty brass I am going to get my friend to reload for me since he is laid off and has the tools/spare time. I was wondering what kind of powder I should use for these rounds?
