questions about my 95 kia sportage

Hey Guys im from weatherford tx, And was needing a little help with my Kia. I have a 95 kia sportage with a high rack on it for coyote hunting. Me and 3 of my buddies eneter tournaments for coyote hunting.We are bottoming the shocks out every time we hit a good bump.And also it sits a little to low to the ground for me and was wondering how to fix these problems?Im also putting a 8500 lb winch on the front that wieghs 81.00 lbs so i need something that is pretty stiff?I need yalls need on what to do?
