Anybody have pics of KM-145 guts..
      10/10/08 01:24 AM

1986 mits Mighty Max, Stock. Got in it one day and no second gear, Had it the day before. Had no problems with shifting, No noise, no grinding. It will not go into second, clutch in or out, running or not. This is my company work truck, so it is normally loaded with tools and stuff. I'm going to have to replace my clutch so I am trying to find out what the inside of this tranny is like to work on. Can I get to the shift forks without removing the gear sets? Can it be rebuilt over a 4 day weekend? Have tools, garage, Been working on autos along time. If I pull the tranny I have to have it back on the road asap.
Thanks for any advice.

John W.
