broken timing belt
      10/07/08 10:21 AM

Hey guys, I need some advise.

My timing belt broke while driving down the highway. How do I tell if the engine or head is in a bad way (other than opening it up)?

I'm told the valves could be bent..but then I've read that this could be a "non-interference" engine and that replacing the belt might be all that it needs.

Have any of you guys been through this?
