Transmission or Clutch problem? Help

I have a 1994 4WD 3.0 with 108,000 miles.
When I let out the clutch in 1st gear the
truck shudders. This only happens in 1st
gear and only when it's been sitting for
sometime like first thing in the morning
and after work. After driving for several
minutes it stops doing that. I can lessen
the shuddering by letting the clutch out
very slow.

Check the tranny oil level and it was good,
the last time I changed it was about 10 years
ago.

Any idea's or help is appreciated.
