Wrangler electrical

I got a '93 Jeep Wrangler that has an electrical problem.
Took it into a shop (Pope Valley) and they said the alarm, which was put in aftermarket is cutting off the fuel pump.
The Jeep cranks and cranks, until it finally starts. After that it starts just fine - until it sits awhile...
None of my 4X4 lights are working at the moment either.
They don't have any schematics of the original wiring harness, so they don't want to touch it.
Is there any place in the North Bay(SF) that specializes in wiring harnesses for older Wranglers?
Don't want to take it to the dealer.
