make sure you have dipper supplies when you get home. Wipes, powder, Dippers. Maybe some food too. The anti-gas stuff was well worth the money. Don't forget the car seat. I almost did. They won't let you leave without one.
All I remember at the birth was that after she was born, the nurses just "took over", gave her a quick physical, sucked out some junk in the nose and mouth..ect. Looked like the nurses were pretty rough to me, but so far my daughter turned out alright.
