06 4Runner -ReProgram Alarm and Door Locks?

If i unlock my 06 4Runner with my keyless remote, and do NOT open a door, After 30 seconds, the car locks itself back up. i HATE that feature. The dealer wants $95 to re-program the car.

Also, when i put the car in drive, the doors lock. I'd rather have the doors lock once i get to 15mph. Any way to re-program that feature as well?

Or does the dealer have me by the go-nads?

I am begining to miss my simple '96 4runner...

Also if anybody is knowledgable about this stuff, i posted a follow up question to the immobilizer chip post on this forum. the dealer wants $250 for 2 keys (the keys, to cut them and program them). Looking for a cheaper alternative.
