From the pics, looks like the normal factory A/C and on the carb pics, the idle kicker is the roundish three bolt aluminum piece in the 006 photo that is in the upper right part of the screen. And if you follow the vacuum line going from the kicker to the firewall, you'll find the electric solenoid that is supposed to turn on when the AC turns on. Although I'm looking at your vacuum hoses and my 87 doesn't have an of the delay valves (the round blue plastic connectors) on any of the front hoses.

I don't think I'd describe how to adjust it very well, but I'd recommend getting your hands on the 87 FSM files.
