I don't have as much experience with others, but I've had just as much trouble with napa parts as well.. I didn't get 10k out of the suspension parts I bought for my honda, they didn't have grease fittings and wore out causing play in my steering eating up the brand new tires I had put on. At least the Advance Auto Replacements I got had grease fittings, and were still solid 15k miles later when I wrecked the car..
Same trouble with belts for some reason.. I even tried belt dressing, etc.. but the belts would always squeel, and then I'd have to tightedn it a little bit and then eventually it would be over tight and break.
oh, and all the transmission seals I bought at napa the first time around all leaked within 5k miles, and a CV from napa also Grenaded when I was following my brother home the day after putting the brand new CV on.
No real problems with Advance's supplier parts other than a bad seal here or there.
