Whoops - as Eddy and Toby pointed out in another thread, the valve cover bolt-receiving towers are a little different. The Montero heads have one tall bolt tower on each head - the Montero passenger side head is on the right and the Caravan head is on the left:

My first idea was to use the Montero cam towers on the Caravan heads, but the cam bore centers might not be exactly the same. The second thought was to use a threaded spacer to recover the .75" of additional height. But - since the valve cover will seat on the rear half-round seal area, all that's really necessary is a 20mm longer valve cover bolt.
