91 Montero Gen 1 ECU Needed ASAP

Sudden death of ECU last night. Driving along fine, no warning, Check Engine lite comes on, immediate cutoff of engine (no sputtering.)
Engine cranks fine, fuel pump fine, spark good, etc etc.
Pull ECU - the IC's labelled IC107-IC110 (little vertically-mounted things in a group of four smell burned. IC108 is blistered.
OK, Probably the whole board is shot, but I would certainly be willing to replace those four ICs later and test this one.
Meanwhile, I need a new ECU - or a rebuild. Any recommendations?
This vehicle is a manual transmission 4dr with A/C, originally sold in Colorado (so I don't know if there are any Cal emissions features.)
