I just got the driver's side head on.. and now moving on to the passenger side. It sucks doing this by yourself.. and head bolts are only snug at the moment. My buddy bailed on me and was supposed to show up with a torque wrench and drop light, so we'll see how it goes. I won't have anymore daylight to work on this thing for the next 2 days. 
We'll see how it goes..

PS.. Sparkem, the lower bolt on the tensioner is in fact oily on mine as well. I'll PM your brother as well to let him know.
