I have a guy that is interested and able to fabricate the internal actuator mechanism if I can either get a hold of one of the diffs (happy to buy it) or get detailed drawings of the actuator ring. There is a company the already makes the actuators. They will need to be slightly modified, or the "profile" of your actuator ring changed to suit their actuator profile. Same one as the above description, sits on a saddle over the bearing cap bolts.

Presently the Greek design uses a grove in the ring with a blade on the actuator. The Australian diffs use a blade on the ring with a groove in the actuator. (ie other way up)

If we could get some technical agreement here there is the possibility that your diffs would not need an externally mounted actuator. This would lead to less chance of breakage, and no critical alignment issues with the actuator through the case. All that would be needed would be a non critical air line access hole in the case. Also means you don't have to ship the entire third member (important for overseas sales), all you need to ship is the diff center and the actuator.

Even if you feel that there is no way you can change the design, this guy is prepared to make actuators to suit the "Greek profile". Just need the drawings and dimensions.

Either way it is a win.

This actuator could be used on all your Greek made locking diffs that you sell as a more technically "elegant" solution to actuating it. Less time consuming to fit, less critical to align, and simpler solution overall.

Yes I am looking to buy one front and one rear when they are available.... Might be able to get a couple of other sales in Australia too. (3 that I know of already)
