actually from what ive seen the kits are from the same manufacturer. i used trail gear and rather than buy the backing plate eliminator from skys, i took my cutoff wheel and eliminated my backing plate. took all of 10 min. as for the rock rings they are a good upgrade from the thin stock pieces. trail gear has my vote dude to me being a cheap bastard, but you cant go wrong with marlin crawler or all pro. not to mention skys. mostly a matter of opinion.
