Dumb question. Leaf Spring Wear?

my rear springs have been squeaking real bad for the past year and it is driving me crazy. my truck sits a little higher in the back since i dont have a rear bumper and half my bed is cut off b/c of previous offroad adventures haha. even though it sits a little higher in the back im resting on my overloads.my torsion bars are at the spec. height also. anyone else have this problem?
another problem w/ them is i have horrible axle wrap. i didnt think that would be so much of a problem since i have a stock suspension but apparently it is. my question is what can i do to solve these problems w/o getting a tracbar, doing the zuk mod, or rebuilding my leafs? or am i out of luck?
