Yes, there is about a 1 5/8" hole in the bottom of the metal ducting portion of the air cleaner housing that has a flex-pipe leading from the exhaust manifold. That hole should be plugged if you're in water deep enough to need a snorkel. I used a 2" rubber plumbing end-cap from Ace Hardware and clamped it on with a hose clamp. Sealed it right up and it seems to be handling the heat in that area of the engine bay just fine.
