New rear bumper and lift

Well it’s taken me over 3 months to finish the rear bumper on my 4Runner but I only could work on it on weekends when I was in Calif. The main piece is made from 2”x6” .250 box and the sides are 2”x3” .250 box. The swing out is made from 2”x3” .250 and 2”x2” .250 box. I was able to get some of the pieces used but still with the lights, I have over $600 into the bumper and I don’t know how many hours my father and I have into it.
The swing out has an automatic locking pin to lock in the open position and a stop was welded on just in case. The tire mount is adjustable so that it sits low for driving to work and up high for off road. The side bars are tied into the frame and I made the bumper mounts removable so that if I add a body lift, I can just fab new mounts and reuse the bumper.
Well, enough with words, on to the pics.
The Bumper with tire in the lower position.
The Bumper with tire in the raised position.
 The side.
 Side mount.
Bumper mounts. Yes, I did make a mistake and had to add spacers.
