It's part #MD609059, FILTER, Governor Valve. I've ordered it once from the dealer and didn't get it - so I'm going to try again. The old one looks ok so I may have to reuse it. I did cut off one of the breather tube inserts thinking I'd get new ones, but those weren't available either.... don't know what I'll do if they can't get it. I'm considering putting in a new O/D solenoid and temp switch too.... also want to replace the low-coast valve spring - it had a pretty good kink at the end that I straightened with pliers... probably ok, but I don't trust it.
I'm glad I went through the valve body. It was really sticky and varnished... fresh oil might have loosened everything, but as much as I struggled to remove some things, I think it was worth the effort to not chance something sticking.
