thats why they make so many different axles, so everybody can have there ruthers, throwing a dump truck axle under a jeep that is for street an trailing is stupid also, so lets compare apples to apples leave the 60 out of it, $ for $ stock form 9" will be running when a 44 is left with its guts on the trail. Most of the people ive seen on this site is daily drivers, so if you have 35" tires on your daily driver then i guess you need a 60. But folks on this site treat the 44 like a holy grail, my rubi has 44's factory if it had 9" as an option they would be setting under it. An as far as yokes the woods are full of them, thats a whole different can of worms, wrong angles, drivetrain out of alignment, improper ballance of shafts, powerbraking, clutch dumping,idiots behind the wheel an so on. you keep talking about tons of money, some on this site build there on stuff, I dont depend on magazine adds for my builds, thats for advertisements to folks that dont know no better, the common man does not ride around on $8 grand axles from curry.
