Kristi Ann81, I live in Duluth and have no experience with Rick Case Mitsubishi. However, I have purchased two Mazda Millenia sedans from Rick Case Mazda since 2001 and have an opinion of that service department...they are THIEVES. My wife's Millenia had a stuck valve at 33,000 miles and the service advisor told me I needed a new engine, also told me none of this was covered under warranty. The engine is warrantied to 50,000 miles and the car still had some 3,000 miles left on the bumper to bumper warranty. I will not buy from them again nor give them my business.
My brother bought a Millenia from Rick Case Mazda the same day I bought mine. His had a coolant leak that was difficult to detect so the techs quit trying to find it and threatened to drop his factory warranty on a vehicle with 2,500 miles on it that was less than six weeks old. He got it fixed only after he drove it into the showroom (he put on a blue button down collar shirt and khaki pants like the salemen wore, unlocked the showroom door himself) and drove his car inside where he laid on the horn for several minutes until the general manager offered to help him personally. I do not recommend Rick Case to anyone.
Garrard's Japanese Automotive on Buford Hwy. in Buford has worked on my son's Nissan Pathfinder and I find them to be honest and reasonable.
