He did mention that he was an 18 year old college student. I'm sure that to the majority of the board, 18 years could still be considered young. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying everyone here is an ol' geezer.

Besides, what he did, no matter what age he may actually be, wasn't very adult-like of him.

My question was really aimed at the believability of the guy. Why do you believe him when he says he's 18?

BTW: If you took a photo of your otherwise stock Trooper to show that it is common to fit a 33" tire on a it with an "off the shelf" lift kit, and put the photo on the this forum, that photo would probably NOT be copyright-able. However, if you took a photo of your modified Trooper to show how cool you ride is, and put the photo on this forum, that photo probably would be copyright-able. One needs to review the case law on copyright and compare that to the facts that gave raise to this mess to know if the photos in question are copyright-able or not.

I swear, this is absolutely the last post I make to this thread. I'm in danger of becoming obsessed with it.
