All it needed was a jump start and it started right up. It runs a little rough and smells rich, but I still to hook up a MAF sensor and get an airbox for it before it will run smoothly I think. I still have to hook up the front driveshaft, fill the transfer case with gear oil, and secure the fuel pump better before I can drive it at all, but the mass air and air box are two things that are vital.
Although I'm not finished yet, I just wanted to thank everyone for their help, I wouldn't have known the first thing about anything if it wasn't for this forum and Lizzord30 encouraging me to do it.
