You would be better off getting this posted out in the "4Wheeling trucks" forum so it gets better exposure. Im gonna have to reread your post before I chance a guess. Seriously weird problem, first Ive heard of.
Could be anything from air in the system (even though bled) faulty parts (happens) or something mechanical in the clutch assemblt itself....Good way to get my brain working this morning! LOL
