well, gary, my excitement was maybe moot, as i was more referring to having gears made for our t-case rather than using the tracker t-case at all. the gasket surface area doesn't closely enough match the shape of ours so i doubt anything shy of machining an adapter would fit and why go with a tracker case, if you have to use an adapter, then spend 1000 bucks on gears? just do a Toy case adapter and use a doubled stock case for some serious crawlability.

the above photo is an installation of the 4.24:1 gears from Calmini. i will post a link to the whole article later. the photo is late in the article an is after the install. the other photo of the dirty t-case above it a few posts shows the stock gears and they are visibly different sizes. THIS, i think, is where the redustion takes place. i don't think the large gear in KP's photo needs to get any larger, instead, the missing one from KP's photo needs to get larger while the one on the same shaft as the larger gear needs to get smaller.

now, who wants to make this for us?

one more thing- we need a photo of that other gear, the missing one from KP's photo.
