Wow! I actually read through that whole thing! I will definetly bookmark this and use it if my 3.0 ever dies!

One tiny mistake you made. When you talked about the radiator, you said "The 3.4L radiator is more than adequate. I've heard it's even bigger than the stock 3.4L radiator" I think you meant to say the 3.0L radiator is more than adequate!
