The nissan guys over at www.4x4parts.com don't recommend running anything more than a 1/2" ball spacer on a already 4" trailmaster lifted or upper control arm lifted IFS systems due to weird angles you will have when they are installed. Just FYI you might concider making a 1/2" set as well.

I don't see how you came up with that. I would like a 1/2" or 3/4" or even a 1". The hole thing is its a Toyota( not nissan) and putting the lift on I DID NOT have to crank up the T-bars. You put on the drop brackets for the lower A-arm and the knuckle adapters. How can it give you a weird angel if all you did was lift the truck with out changing anything but the hight and the approach angle? By the drop brackets for the lower A-Arms and the knuckle adapters you balance everything out. Please help me see what your talking about.

This does not make sense to me either. With the spacer, the ball joint is level with the underside of the a-arm. It simply is not THAT drastic of a change. You will need an alignment, however, I have had my front end set anywhere for nearly maxed out to sagging and never had trouble aligning WITH a 4" lift like yours. I've been very impressed with the adjustability of the suspension.

We must remember though, these are Nissan guys and it is entirely possibly they have a some sort of complication we don't.

I think from installing this in Mike's truck it is very safe to say alignment will be easy as ever. I would suspect if it is not, he'll let us know.
