Heater and AC go poof

Looking through the boar for any related info, all I could find was for problems where the heater only works on lower speeds, or only higher speeds. Mine does nothing; no AC, no heat, no matter what speed. I checked fuses under hood, in driver side kick panel, and behind the glove box on the right. Tomorrow I'm planning to to go through the wires with a test light, but I wanted to see if anyone had any other ideas, or if some one had the same problem in the past.
