Hey, I'm Jeff, I'm 23, and I graduated from Western Michigan University in Dec 2002 with a BS in Automotive Engineering Technology. I currently live and work in Kalamazoo, MI in sales selling preventative maintenance products to dealerships and independent garages (I don't really like it that much and the pay sucks so far). I've been doing that for the past 3 months or so and on the weekends I work at a car wash where I have been on and off for about that past 3.5 years. I really want a job in the automotive industry (hence my major) designing or testing things for cars. No luck there, everyone wants someone with experience and that I have none of. So far I feel my 4.5 years in college was worthless. I really don't know what I am going to do with my life right now. Working 7 days a week sucks...I have virtually no time to wheel or for anything else really and I am close to broke...almost all my money goes to paying bills/everyday expenses. I have never really had much luck with women but I am currently seeing someone, whatever that means. I don't ask for much...just want a good secure job that pays reasonably well, have weekends off, and have more time to do what I want! Well, that's my story.
