Removing a damaged locking gas cap
      07/10/12 11:05 PM

While going through a cache of keys, I found that my former methhead neighbors tried to jack some gas out of Ol' Blue somewhere along the line. Damaged some sheet metal, but also damaged the cap.

Any suggestions to keep me from damaging the neck on the filler tube? It's time to get back to some wrenching on this thing. THANKS.

Consolation: homie still isn't as smart as he'd like to think. Cracked open the drain plug on the tank; she' still got fuel on board.
