I didn't have a lot of time to look at it today, but I did find something. Under the cover after the inline filter and before the VRO, there's a T fitting with a small line going up to a two wire sensor, which I'm assuming is the sensor that sets off the low fuel pressure alarm. This line had a slow leak at the T fitting. Was secured with a black zip tie, I cut about a fourth of an inch off the tip and reconnected with a spring clamp. This might have been the problem, but can't confirm until I run it again.
Also, I noticed the VRO looks to be an updated unit. It has a tag on it labeled as "alcohol resistant"
