The km145 in your truck won't last 5 minutes with a 302.
I would buy a old cheap bronco/f150 and swap everything over and scrap the rest.
Things to think about: What power steering pump you are going to use Bigger brakes Low geared rear axle Speedometer Tach Gas lines Wiring Motor/trans mounts A/c and heat Throttle cables Cable or hydraulic clutch and adapters Body lift or floor pan cutting Shifter placement Radiator fitment Cooling fan fitment Bigger battery More weight on the front end Driveshafts Exhaust Headers and clearance Oil pan clearance Oil filter clearance Brake booster/cylinder head clearance Transfer case shifter Transfer case/frame clearance Emissions if you have testing
