Hey, thanks for jumping in on this thread. My alternator is in the shop getting a W terminal installed. Once I get it back in the truck I´ll have two shots at a working tach: the hall effect sensor and the alternator. I do have a DSL-1, which I bought originally, but if you've read the rest of this thread, Dakota Digital told me it was not designed for picking up a pulse from the injector pump. So I bought a different one. But now you and Jeff are having success with the DSL-1. Go figure. In any case, I'll let you know how it goes at this end. In the meantime, yes, please post your pics.
